This is a part-time position in Event Operations which consists of Ushers, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Mobility Assistance and Quality Control. Elevator Operators are a part of the Mobility Assistance Team and are responsible for monitoring one of the five elevators in Fenway Park during baseball games and concerts (and other smaller events where operators are needed). The Elevator Operators greet all fans that come into the elevator and direct fans to their seats accordingly as well as answer any other miscellaneous questions. In addition, some Mobility staff provide assistance to fans who request wheelchair aid to get to and from their seats as well as monitor the Family restrooms located inside Fenway Park.

If you are hired under the Event Operations umbrella, you will be hired for one group and it will not change game to time (i.e. if you are hired as a Greeter, you will be a Greeter and will not be able to switch to Mobility / Usher etc. game by game.)
