DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides the main administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team of Business Operations, including answers phone calls and handles all out-going and in-coming mail for department

  • Prepares reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Coordinates meetings for the Senior Leadership Team including virtual and Town Halls

  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

  • Manage projects as assigned

  • Keep dashboard in roll up format of all upcoming projects and events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must maintain high level of confidentiality

  • Must have strong computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills

  • Must be organized and detail oriented

  • Must be able to adapt to change

  • Must be able to commit to additional hours when necessary to reach goals
