The Parking Associate plays a significant role in the ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment to all MBS employees and guests arriving at the stadium. MBS Parking Associates are a friendly resource to individuals in need of assistance or information. MBS Parking Associates respond quickly to our guest’s requests and as an integral associate, strive to protect property, guests, and employees of MBS stadium. MBS Parking Associates provide direction and assistance to incoming guests and contribute to the facility safety by monitoring MBS owned parking lots.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage parking and traffic control in assigned parking lot

  • Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft

  • Direct drivers to available parking areas or parking spaces

  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized

  • Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas

  • Investigate and report any unusual or unauthorized activity within the parking lot

  • Manage and resolve all customer queries and control traffic at entrance and exits

  • Check and report condition of parking lots

  • Be observant for trespassers and unauthorized persons

  • Collect parking fees from “Day of” customers during events

  • Inspect designated lots for unauthorized activity

  • Control access to the parking lot, including scanning parking passes and directing drivers to correct spots

  • Initiate and maintain communication with MBS Parking Director and Coordinator

  • Escort customers to their vehicles if needed

Qualifications Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have a high school education or have passed a General Educational Development (GED) equivalency test.

  • Shall be knowledgeable and competent in speaking and writing English.

  • Must have signed the Individual Confidentially Contract, the Release of Information Statement, and the Chemical Non-Abuse Statement.

  • Must have successfully undergone any and all background investigations required by AMBSE.
