Position Summary
The Fan Experience Analyst’s primary role is to gather and analyze self-reported fan data. This person is responsible for using the gathered data to develop a deep understanding of company performance/fan experience by event and identify places for celebration and improvement. Our Fan Experience Analyst is responsible for coordinating and communicating with various departments within the AMB Sports + Entertainment group.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain extensive knowledge about the facility and its services in order to update fan experience channels and identify inconsistencies across the fan journey
Spearhead organizational Fan Experience initiatives in order to enhance operational efficiencies throughout the stadium
Maintain a strong relationship with all of the primary stakeholders of event day (security, F&B, ticket ops, housekeeping, guest service, etc.)
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies in processes, while offering practical solutions to improve processes
Identify, evaluate, and implement programs to ensure fans visiting Mercedes-Benz Stadium have a seamless experience
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
1-3 years’ experience in Event Management, Project Management, or related fields
Must have experience planning, identifying and analyzing multiple data sources
Must have experience overseeing multiple projects at one time, with a proven track record for achieving results
Strong communication skills including writing and public speaking. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other analytical software
