  • Selling 50:50 raffle tickets to guests throughout the ballpark to raise funds for the Atlanta Braves Foundation

  • Facilitating all games and attractions in the Hope and Will’s Sandlot to ensure a safe, fun and exciting experience for guests

  • Warmly welcome and host groups at Truist Park in our hospitality and pregame event spaces

  • Ensure guests have the appropriate ticketed access to specific areas including: private areas, party suites and ballpark seats

  • Facilitating on-field events pregame and postgame including parades, the Batting Practice Experience and Kids Run the Bases

  • Helping guests redeem the Atlanta Braves Kids Club

  • Accurately answering questions pertaining to baseball game/event

  • Anticipating needs and proactively offering assistance when necessary

  • Problem solving in a timely and professional manner

  • Having a practicing knowledge of ballpark policies to ensure the safety of all guests and employees

  • Other duties as assigned

  • As a Guest Services Utility Ambassador, your job duties will be based on a rotational schedule throughout each homestand. There will also be opportunities to participate in exciting events in the community on non-game days to support the Atlanta Braves


  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6+ hours)

  • Must be able to report to work 3 ½ hours before each game and stay up to an hour after each game

  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, etc.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all games; this includes weather delays/extra innings

  • Work 85% of games after potential hire date
