Warmly welcome and host Braves Club Members (premium season ticket holders) and their guests for the duration of their visit.
Anticipate guests needs and enhance the premium guest experience.
Ensure guests have the appropriate ticketed access to specific areas including: suites, club environments and ticketed seats, through ticket scanning.
Escort guests to their correct seating location.
Work in unison with our Premium account managers, food & beverage (Delaware North) and housekeeping teams to ensure a positive guest experience.
Establish and maintain relationships with Braves Club Members (premium season ticket holders).
Problem solve in a timely and professional manner.
Create special and unique memories for our premium guests.
Have a practicing knowledge of ballpark policies to ensure the safety of all guest and employees.
Provide a willingness to rotate positions on any given day to ensure the best guest experience for all guests.
Work 85% of games after potential hire date
Utilize good communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Stay active for 6+ hours, including climbing up/down staircases and standing
Work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain et cetera
Report 2.5 hours before first pitch and stay up to an hour after the last out
Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all games
