Staffing guest services booth locations throughout Truist Park
Facilitating ticket package redemptions
Managing the lost and found process
Assisting guests with bag check including strollers, suitcases, bats, etc.
Having a working knowledge of the MLB Ballpark App and our mobile ticketing process
Accurately answering questions pertaining to Truist Park and the Battery Atlanta
Anticipating needs and proactively offering assistance when necessary
Problem solving in a timely and professional manner
Having a practicing knowledge of ballpark policies to ensure the safety of all guests and employees
As a Guest Services Booth Ambassador, there will be opportunities to participate in exciting events in the community on non-game days to support the Atlanta Braves.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6+ hours)
Must be able to report to work 2 ½ hours before each game and stay up to an hour after each game
Must be able to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, etc.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all games; this includes weather delays/extra innings
Work 85% of games after potential hire date
