The Administration and Reception (Operations) are at the heart of our operation, playing a major part in supporting the day-to-day administration and reception service at Villa Park as well as supporting matchday operation.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator based at Villa Park. The role will be responsible delivering an effective and efficient day-to-day administration service for staff across the Operations Department, providing general administrative support, such as arranging meetings, taking meeting minutes, raising purchase orders and data entry.

You will support the Operations Administration Manager on projects from planning to delivery and assist with purchasing materials and services, contacting suppliers and third parties as required.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience, working within a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately.

Ideally you will be able to handle challenging customer-facing situations, requests, quires and enquires in a professional manner. You will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be able to pay close attention to detail and provide exceptional customer service, building relationships at all levels.
