PURPOSE
Working with the Guest Services team to achieve the objectives by contributing new ideas and helping to manage specific projects predominantly off-track and expanding experience into special projects & internal events
To actively contribute to the Team’s primary objective of consistently being a top three team in the FIA Constructor’s Championship.
Primary Responsibilities:
Internal Events (reporting into Head of Off – Track & Strategic Operations):
A UK based role focusing on management of internal events hosted at, mostly yet not restricted to, the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team HQ.
Coordination, management and hosting of audiences including internal colleagues, partner guest groups and external contacts.
Curating new ideas around the internal guest programme to enhance experiences
Drive and manage pre-event planning and preparation
Implement planning tools and software including a robust booking system
Liaise with and relationship management of key internal stakeholders
Event and hospitality design and ideation
Manage operational delivery of internal programmes
Guest management and hosting pre / post event and on site (collaboration with other business areas required)
Ownership of guest communications & invitation process
Ownership of internal events & hospitality guest lists
Ownership of branding and event collateral
Supplier / venue sourcing and management, including to ensure all suppliers meet company sustainability and operational standards
Manage freight and logistics arrangements
Manage set up / pack down of events
H&S and sustainability management, including meeting company & industry standards
Financial tracking and event budget reporting
Support with post event debriefs
Curate and support with data capture and reporting of internal programmes
To chair, attend and proactively participate in meetings as required
To work proactively, responsibly and professionally at all times and to respect and comply with the company’s reporting structure
To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain current and thorough working knowledge of guest experience, commercial awareness and brand strategy.
Skills & Knowledge Required
A track record of managing luxury and high-end events/shows/conferences – preferably in motorsport of sporting industry
Attention to detail

Experience using marketing software tools

The role will be based in Silverstone but travel to London is required on an regular basis.
