We are looking for a number of ECommerce Customer Service Executives to join our pool of casual workers who will support the team to ensure an amazing supporter experience by delivering exceptional service to every customer when they choose to contact Arsenal Direct via email.
Our club’s official online shop - Arsenal Direct - provides an amazing opportunity for our supporters around the world to engage with us. We sell a wide range of Arsenal related merchandise, as well as run our Stadium Tours.

Your day-to-day
Respond to all types of emails from Arsenal Direct customers.
Collaborate with our call centre, warehouse and 3rd parties such as couriers, to resolve all customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Update shared documents and trackers to monitor our performance.
Put forward any suggestions to reduce customer queries and improve customer satisfaction in the future.
What we are looking for
Passion for delivering an amazing experience for our supporters and customers.
Strong written communication skills and someone who can work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure.
Proficiency on Microsoft Office is essential (Outlook/Word & Teams etc.).
A fast learner and comfortable using multiple internal and external systems to resolve queries.
The role is on a casual basis and the hours throughout the year will be variable to support the club during our peak trading periods.
Candidates must be flexible, with good overall availability, as hours will vary around key trading periods and demand.
The role will be office based at the Highbury campus.
