Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).
Interacting with our supporters in a friendly, enthusiastic, and polite manner.
Having a fantastic understanding of our tours audio content and being available to answer any questions from our supporters during a tour.
Briefing our supporters on how to use the audio equipment and ensuring they follow the correct route along the tour.
Assisting with Legend and guided tours, and occasionally leading guided tours yourself(excellent training would be provided!).
Being a brand ambassador for our Arsenal products and experiences, ensuring you're able to recommend the best options for our supporters.
