We are looking for a strong people leader to manage all in-house composites production activities, developing a class leading composites production facility in accordance with business needs. You will instil, promote, and develop, a results-based culture of personal accountability, teamwork, and continual improvement, to deliver in accordance with targets. You will be responsible for negotiating production targets required by the business (quality, throughput, lead-time, yield) and deliver in accordance with them. You will have responsibility to recruit, develop and manage team members to ensure effective workforce
This is a key leadership position where you will be able to significantly contribute to the performance and efficiency of the team.
Production Manager Composites – The Person
You will be an excellent people leader with a track record of leading production teams to success. You will have a thorough know-how and hands-on experience of best-practice manufacture of low-volume precision composite parts in motorsport, aerospace, defence or similar. We are looking for an individual who can build and maintain first class relationships, looks to continuously improve processes and is comfortable making vital decisions accurately with minimum supervision.
