As part of the Alpine long-term plan to compete for F1 World Championships we are looking to add to our excellent team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence.

Within the HR Team we have a new vacancy as a D&I Specialist. This position will be within our factory based in Enstone, leading on all D&I initiatives and supporting the wider HR team.

D&I Specialist - The Role

In this newly created role you will lead, plan and implement innovative D&I programs, work closely with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to achieving an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead D&I initiatives across the team, partnering with the wider HR Alpine group

  • Partner with our Talent team to develop ideas and solutions to enhance the ability to identify, select and retain a talented, diverse workforce

  • Partner with our HR team to ensure D&I initiatives are at the forefront of all employee activities

  • Identify and develop organisational capabilities and behaviours to build an inclusive workplace

  • Support the team with its Rac(H)er initiatives along with developing sustainable practices for the team to achieve its objectives.

D&I Specialist –The Person

We are looking for someone with a real passion for E, D&I who will relish the challenge of leading on our strategy for change. You will possess the following:

  • The ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department with a ‘can do’ approach

  • Be a high performer with the ability to remain focused and objective under pressure, working to strict deadlines with minimum supervision

  • Be self-motivated, proactive, well organised with attention to detail

  • Take the initiative and seek results in a structured way

  • A flexible approach to working time, in order to achieve self and team targets, within a fast-paced environment and with ability to remain focused, objective under pressure, working to deadlines and with minimum supervision

  • Confident oral and written communicator

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and have an HR background, CIPD qualified would be advantageous.
