Basic Function:
- Assist with various operational tasks on Texans gamedays and during LSSE events, including but not limited to setup, signage, parking, security and logistical tasks.
Job Function (Duties & Responsibilities):
- Assist with all aspects of operations of gameday for Texans and LSSE Events.
- Assist with the exterior setup for gameday (fence screen, bike rack covers, tents, etc.)
- Assist with event setup and changeovers for gameday and non-gameday events.
- Assist with parking operations and traffic management
- Assist with stadium signage installation and removal plan.
- Assist with the execution of Draft Party, Training Camp, LSSE events and other events outside of gameday.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and subcontractors, providing guidance while on site.
- Assist with inputting work orders for maintenance requests.
- Assist in responding to fan parking and/or security feedback and fan mail and other customer service inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Operations & Logistics.
Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

- Proven ability to apply high level of problem-solving and customer service knowledge and skills in resolving customer complaints or issues.
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
- Availability and flexibility to work weekends, after-hours and holidays at Club and LSSE game and other events assigned.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum one (1) year job related experience in events and/or sports environment required.
- Operations experience preferred.
