General Summary:

Reporting to the PLM Manager and supporting the Haas internal ERP delivery team a Test and Training Co-Ordinator will be needed to assemble the relevant training material needed to support cross functional business requirements. The role is a fixed term contract and will co-ordinate the delivery of new solution testing cycles and training into the business in line with the milestones determined by the delivery plan. Training assessments will be needed to ensure that the training coverage and end user adoption is complete to support both project delivery and the needs of departmental skills matrixes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
  • Co-ordinate solution testing is performed and completed in line with the project delivery plan.
  • Capture report and action any negative results found via testing cycles.
  • Preparation and delivery of good quality role-based training within a cross functional organization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of test and training material and that training delivery is aligned to the demands of the ERP Project Plan
  • Run training need analysis and assessments to help improve training material content in line with evolving business requirements.
  • Measure test and training completion and readiness in line with departmental skills matrixes.
  • Assess different training delivery methods, selecting the most appropriate medium to satisfy the demands of the business and ERP delivery plan.
  • Work with the ERP Delivery Partner and Haas ERP Project Manager to ensure training needs are properly defined in the delivery plan.
  • Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
  • Other duties as assigned by the PLM Manager or their designee.

Education and Work Experience:

  • GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience of coordinating cross functional training and education programs.
  • Preferably some experience of ERP solutions and the context of use within a fast- paced motorsport environment.
  • Good understanding of different types of training delivery and ability to define and select the most appropriate type based on end user requirements.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Background in training material preparation and delivery of role-based training within a cross functional organization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Strong or other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of business process management techniques.
  • Experience of construction and maintenance or departmental skills matrixes.
  • Needs to be proactive, flexible, organised and able to prioritise own workload.
  • Work to a consistently high standard in stressful and time sensitive situations.
  • Quick decision-making skills whilst working through problems in a scientific and analytical way.
  • Resolute in ensuring completeness of activities and chasing down gaps.
  • Work well in a team environment with personnel at all levels.
  • A sympathetic approach to your work colleagues and an ability to integrate within a group environment.
  • A can-do positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.

Equipment and Applications:

  • Solid computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Office products, ERP systems especially Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills and able to present subject matter to a diverse audience in an engaging way.


Work Environment Physical Demands:

An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require some, international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.

This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast-paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy, and all relevant other statutory Health and Safety legislation.
