This position is located in Maranello Italy and reports to the Head of Concept & Composite Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote teamwork and effective communication to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.

Design study generation for the new car program, including component, assembly, and layout investigations.
It will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of the F1 technical regulations.
It will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of composite materials and composite production techniques.
Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
Other duties as assigned by their Manager.

Education and work Experience:

Must have graduated in Mechanical engineering.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a mechanical and composite design engineer within a Motorsport environment (including 1 year F1).

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

CAD Systems: Catia (expert level).
Communication, ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, time management, conflict resolution, adaptability, willingness to learn.
