
Social Content Intern
The Green Bay Packers are a professional football team, founded in 1919. They represent the only publicly-owned franchise in the National Football League, with over 537,000 current stockholders. The Packers are currently governed by a seven-member Executive Committee, elected from a Board of Directors. The Packers have won 13 league championships and have an exceptionally loyal fan base.

JOB SUMMARY:
Create high-quality, engaging, original content for all social media accounts operated by the Green Bay Packers. This is a paid internship and entails full-time weekdays, gamedays, holidays and special events. The timeframe for the position is anticipated to be June 2023 – May 2024. The start date and end date will be determined by the Green Bay Packers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create high-quality, engaging, original content for all social media accounts operated by the Green Bay Packers, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook.
Produce strong visual graphics for use on social and digital platforms.
Provide social coverage for happenings at Lambeau Field, including gamedays, training camp and special events.
Utilize social media analytics tools to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Support miscellaneous Packers social and digital projects as necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree and experience in related field.
Photography, graphic design and video-editing skills, including experience with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Experience with creating content for TikTok and other emerging social platforms.
Strong written and communication skills with a specific understanding of how to write and communicate on each social platform.
Passionate about sports and knowledgeable about the Green Bay Packers’ organization and the NFL.
Willingness to learn about social media industry trends and best practices.
Ability to produce high-quality work while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Flexible availability to work at all hours of the day, throughout the week and holidays (as needed).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
Lifting 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
Operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
