
Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours Intern

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will assist the department in providing legendary service to exceed expectations of all Lambeau Field guests and internal team members. The primary objective will be coordinating the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours department day-to-day operations and group ticket functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the daily operations of the Packers Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours.
Corresponds via phone and email with group outing contact leads.
Assisting in sending and recording group survey data.
Provides support to Hall of Fame membership program.
Accurately logs historic artifacts.
Prints and delivers internal group ticket requests daily.
Monitors staff uniform inventory and orders supplies as needed.
Responsible for excellent customer service, including implementing initiatives, as it relates to office practices and client interactions β internally and externally.
Assist in overseeing the daily tour routes and adjust as needed around internal events.
Assists with office inventory and equipment maintenance.
Assists in the creation of effective, written communication, and marketing collateral for sales efforts.
Coordinates special projects and assists with events as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Office experience or undergraduate degree preferred.
Ability to create professionally written materials including reports with bar charts and graphs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Outlook, Power Point and Word programs.
Detail oriented with data entry, graphs and charts experience preferred.
Highly organized and able to handle highly confidential materials with discretion.
Ability to handle multiple projects and display effective time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
Be available weekdays, late evenings, weekends and game weekends.
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, within a team environment.
Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
Lifting 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
Operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
