Guest Services Assistant - Titletown

This position will provide front desk guest services and administrative support in the TitletownTech building.


  • Provide front desk support, greet all incoming guests, manage deliveries, and provide access to tenants.

  • Respond to calls, emails, questions and complaints from tenants and outside guests.

  • Assist in mail distribution, café maintenance and basic digital/IT needs.

  • Administrative functions including, but not limited to, scheduling vendors, data entry assignments, creation and distribution of building newsletter and new tenant onboarding.

  • Compile event details and ensure accurate information is available to department staff.

  • Maintain an organized and efficient office and common area environment.

  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.


  • 2 years of administrative experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Quick learner, adaptable to task changes throughout the day.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under deadlines necessary.

  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.


  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.

  • Ability to focus on assignments for periods of time.

  • Operates in a professional environment.

  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SUPERVISED BY: Manager of Guest Services

TRAVEL: No regular travel is expected for this position.
