Job Summary:
Primary job duties will be assisting the Facilities department with all painting projects. This will include preparing and painting various surfaces, such as drywall wood or metal, both indoors and outdoors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with set-up and preparation of areas to be painted.
- Assist with painting projects.
- Assist with clean-up of areas painted.
- Assist with game day preparations.
- Assist with snow removal when needed.
- Assist Facilities department with other various tasks and projects as required.
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Previous work experience in painting required.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain forklift and aerial lift license.
- Must be organized and hardworking.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a team member.
- Valid Wisconsin drivers’ license is required.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed; shift work may be required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, and lift on a frequent basis.
- Ability to lift, bend and carry up to 50 pounds for your entire shift.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Operates in a professional environment.
Travel: No regular travel is expected for this position.
Supervises: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
