We are looking for a chef with a background in catering for professional sports teams to join our team in providing balanced and nutritional meals to our players at the training ground.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare meals for youth and womens teams working within the nutrtional guidelines
Work with the head chef to create exciting seasonal menus
Ordering of produce in the head chefs absence
Working closely with the supervisor to ensure the highest level of food safety and hygiene are maintained
Travel with teams in the UK and abroad when required Flexible to work around the teams schedules
Support and lead junior members of the kitchen team Cover first team senior sous chef role as and when required
