On the track, Formula 1 is a team sport. And the business behind is the same. We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will maintain and manage the Production environments across Salesforce Experience Cloud, CDP, MC Personalisation, Sales & Service Cloud in line with F1 business goals and objectives.
Reporting into the Systems Architect and Team Manager, you will:
- Primary role will be to maintain and manage the Production environments across Salesforce Experience Cloud, CDP, MC Personalization, Sales and Service Cloud.
- Working with out-of-the-box configuration to ensure that the CRM is smooth running and optimized.
- Platform Lead
- Advocate of all the best parts of Salesforce – expected to have understanding of cross cloud capability and own Salesforce in F1 IT.
- Drive use cases and build internal capability will help ensure long term success within F1.
- Train colleagues to support the tool and sustain wider knowledge within IT team
- Develop internal documentation on set up, configuration, and changes to the system in real time.
- Admin / Deployment Specialist
- Own the deployment process, ensuring appropriate handover documents provided are followed and challenges or deviations are well documented, and approved prior to impacting the live environment.
- Familiarity with deployment best practices and processes; DevOps, change sets and deployment manager.
- Make appropriate changes and additions to the Salesforce Infrastructure within Change management processes and SOX controls.
- Adhere to internal and external governance including but not limited to SOX, ISO27001 and PCI-DSS at all times.

- Drive innovation in IT, reviewing current technology offerings and identifying improvements within department responsibilities.
- Manage projects through lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders engaged throughout.
- Respond in a flexible and adaptive to supporting business requirements, when ad hoc requests are made.
- Monitor and maintain the Salesforce Infrastructure department across fixed sites, cloud and at Grand Prix events
- Produce root cause analysis reports in case of failures and issues
- Provide user support as necessary within the organisation, and act as point of escalation for support team
- Be available to work on F1 systems outside of usual ‘Business Hours’, both planned and unplanned.
Specification:
- Salesforce Administrator experience, preferably working with Marketing Cloud
- Hands on experience & functional understanding of custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, approval processes, flows and triggers.
- Marketing Cloud Consultant, Admin, Email Specialist
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA
- Sales/Service/Community/Marketing Clouds
- Knowledge or understanding of development language
- Self-motivated and organised
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
