
Creative & Commercial Media Administrator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To provide day to day administration support to the Creative & Commercial team.
To assist with the production of pre and post-race documentation to various stakeholders within the business.
To be able to provide updates and information quickly and efficiently within an environment that is continually changing.
Assisting the Creative & Commercial team with the updating of Workday, for race travel, working at the Media & Technical Centre over race weekends, holiday, sick leave etc.
Raising and managing Purchase Orders, assisting with expense claims for the Creative & Commercial media team
Reporting of financial signage information to the Finance team, production of signage summaries.
Coordinating travel for European and International circuits and distributing this information to the department. Coordinating with travel for any visa requirements, International Drivers Permit, Known Consignor Training, accreditation.
Distributing internal comms to the department.
Coordinating with the uniform department for all team requirements.
General team support and ad-hoc requests.
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent written and oral English language skills.
Previous Administration experience
Advanced MS Office skills.
Ability to interact effectively and communicate with a wide range of people and personalities, including external suppliers and third parties.
Ability to manage an electronic and paper filing system, including tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
Ability to work unsupervised and to efficiently manage and prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
