Every one of the people working behind the scenes of Formula 1 are vital to keep the wheels turning. The role of Commercial Producer is an important part of our Commercial Media Team.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Media, you will:
Plan and deliver all trackside and paddock branding at Formula 1 events, including LED and virtual advertising, as well as bespoke builds.
Liaise with external suppliers during the planning stage, and work closely with the installation team on site to ensure all advertising is delivered on time and to the required standard.
Plan all virtual trackside advertising, and work alongside the virtual team to deliver the assets at each event.
Use Formula 1’s project management system to plan each event ensuring all details are recorded and up to date.
Work with the creative team to develop new ideas and activations.
Ensure all artwork applied in and around each circuit falls within the client’s guidelines.
Work alongside the track director to ensure branding is placed in optimal positions and monitor sponsor exposure levels and TV visibility during the live broadcast.

A-Levels/BTEC National Diploma or equivalent
Extensive project management/event management experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Flexible – the role will require weekend, evening and night work as well as international travel - up to 10 races.
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
