
Senior Immigration Manager
We govern the beautiful game and ensure it's run with transparency and integrity. We are now looking for a Senior Immigration Manager that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission. These are your key tasks:
Advising on the execution of the FIFA World Cup™ road map, recruiting strategy, immigration and relocation process and visa process for all FIFA delegates, workforce, PMAs, guests
Managing, reviewing, recommending, and implementing policy changes and processes relating to immigration procedures and activities
Implementing a simplified visa and special permits process for FIFA delegates, FIFA Match Officials, VIPs and PMAs
Supporting project's counterpart in immigration program management and compliance
Supporting the project development initiatives and obtaining government approvals
Providing information related to visa and entry regulations, health information worldwide incl. handling with official authorities
Delivering monthly accounting for all services, analyzing figures, producing reports and financial recommendations
Keeping up to date on latest immigration legislation
Representing the company with the different authorities
Responding to immigration issues and conducting investigations when applicable
Maintaining solid base of connections, keeping up to date information on changes to processes, rules, and regulations within different government entities & consulates
Participating in trips/events abroad whenever required
Working on weekends and evening shifts to attend to clients' needs
Providing consultancy and knowledge transfer within FIFA departments, Local Organizing Committees and Local Entities
Providing visa process support to FIFA employees for business trips

University degree in appropriate subject (or adequate training/vocational education)
Experience in leading small teams
5 - 8 years of experience in a similar role
Business fluency in at least two FIFA languages is required, namely English and French and/or Spanish; other languages are a plus
Strong IT skills including MS office
Strong analytical, constructive thinking, problem-solving and planning skills are necessary
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically with all counterparts, achieving high quality results in difficult and challenging circumstances
Demonstrated leadership/management skills and the ability to make strategic independent decisions and apply sound judgment
Able to embrace change and be highly adaptable to new challenges and opportunities
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment with Immigration professionals
Project and event management experience
Practical commercial experience (with distinguished geographical knowledge)
Talent to manage and delegate
Ability to motivate and be a very good team player
Very high flexibility and availability, willing to adapt the working hours to stakeholders' needs
Speedy delivery of short-term orders and big projects, respecting deadlines
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task even when under considerable pressure
