About the opportunity: We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic and commercially astute Resourcing and Talent Specialist to join our People Operations team and work closely with our Talent Acquisition People Partner in ensuring we provide a best in class, customer focused, recruitment support and talent pipeline across Everton Football Club.
As Resource and Talent Specialist you will be the initial point of contact for hiring managers on a number of roles, both permanent and casual and will advise/support key stakeholders in managing their recruitment processes. As well as dealing with reactive recruitment you will work with candidates from enquiry/application right through to onboarding and ensure they have a positive recruitment experience with us here at the Club and that they are welcomed into our Everton Family. You will also be continuously on the look out for ‘top talent’ via active sourcing across social media and talent platforms.
Not only will you get to be a part of a moment in history for a storied Football Club, but you will play a vital role in ensuring we have the best talent joining us on our journey to our new home.
Who we are looking for; We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has worked within an internal recruitment/resourcing environment, who can develop fantastic working relationships and has an enthusiastic and flexible approach and commitment to improving service delivery to both candidates and hiring managers.
You will be joining the Talent Acquisition People Partner to develop close working relationships with candidates and managers to deliver a high-quality service, in a fast-paced environment.

This position is on a 12-month fixed term contract and will be contacted to 35 hours per week. The closing date of this advert is Thursday 30th November 2023.
The location for this role is in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, but we offer the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
