About the opportunity: We are looking for a number of Casual Matchday Lounge Coordinator(s) to join our Goodison Park Hospitality team on matchdays.
As a Casual Matchday Lounge Coordinator you will present a positive first impression of the Club’s hospitality experience, showcasing friendliness, excellent service, and high standards throughout each match.
You will greet guests upon arrival, show guests to their table, provide them with information on the running of the day before handing over to the catering team.
Other key responsibilities include:
Ensuring tables are laid correctly and that they mirror table plans
Attending Sodexo briefings and update staff with relevant information on guests, raffles, Club information
Ticket management when applicable
Circulating and collecting competition cards and customer feedback forms
Observing Guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service (i.e. notice a drink refill is needed, tables need clearing, wait time for food)
Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate(s) will have a real passion for delivering exceptional and professional customer service and have experience in dealing with customers face to face in a hospitality environment.
This position is on a casual basis covering matchdays across the 2023/2024 season.
