Your Focus as a member of the Part-Time Events Team:

Assist with the setup, execution and tear down of various Rogers Place and ICE District events!
Support the Event Operations department in implementing event requirements
Deliver memorable experiences for hockey fans at home games and events throughout the community
Execute in-game promotions and concourse activations during Oilers and Oil Kings games
Organize and prepare all promotions and prizing according to game scripts
Set up and tear down all site equipment, props and promotional items
Organize kids and groups during events, including pre & post-game hockey experiences
Perform all other duties as assigned

You have clear and concise verbal communication skills

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working in an entertainment venue or arena will be considered an asset
Experience in Event Management would be considered an asset
The ability to skate is often required in this role, but is not mandatory for all team members
Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including a Criminal Record Check
