
Custodial Technician

We are excited to hire a Custodial Technician to join the Denver Broncos Football Club. The Custodial Technician supports the Operations/Facilities department by providing a safe, clean, and sanitary environment at the Denver Broncos Training Center. The duties of this position include daily cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the Training Center including the bathrooms, offices, and common areas. This position will typically work a late afternoon/evening shift but will occasionally require flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include: Completing all janitorial and custodial services as directed by management including for office and common area cleaning. This includes trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, multi-surface cleaning, hard-surface floor cleaning and recycling. Restroom cleaning including trash removal, fixtures, stocking supplies, sweeping and mopping. This also includes cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, breakrooms, and common touch areas and adhering to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. The individual in this role will conduct property to ensure compliance with established standards regarding cleanliness, safety and general appearance and reporting maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. This position will monitor the use and inventory of supplies and equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
18 months of experience in a custodial or janitorial role

3+ years of experience in a custodial or janitorial role
Holds any Janitorial/Custodial certifications
Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and early mornings
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Knowledge of custodial procedures
Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them
Basic knowledge of safe use, maintenance, and storage of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $41,000 - $43,000 including overtime. This position will be located at the Training Center in Englewood, CO and must be available for a flexible schedule including nights/weekends as needed. This individual must have the ability to wear a 15lbs backpack vacuum for long periods of time. This position will work 40 hours a week with overtime needed during busy times.
