
Coordinator, HR
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Support with the design and implementation of an Onboarding and Induction process for all staff
Assist with the planning and execution of the Number 10 Internship program
Maintain accurate employee records both paper and digitally.
Schedule and conduct regular HRIS data audits to ensure accuracy of employee data.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.
Plan and execute different employee engagement initiatives.
Administer Worker's Compensation claims
Assist HRBP and HRD with internal communications to all staff
Provide general assistance with administrative duties, tasks and projects, as needed.
Complete special projects as required.
All other duties consistent with the role of HR Coordinator.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience required.
Experience with UKG is preferred, but not required.
Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues in a professional manner.
Very strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and professional.
Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions and build excellent working relationships.
Ability to coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic, high pressure, fast paced environment.
Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, confidentiality and desire for ownership and accountability.
Deep understanding of relevant employment laws.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve daily challenges.
Strong work ethic: team player with a positive “get the job done” attitude.
Proficiency with UKG/UltiPro; Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong passion and understanding of fútbol and fútbol culture.
This position functions primarily at the Coral Gables location but will also require work in Fort Lauderdale. Must have reliable means of transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
