
Coordinator, Sales & Marketing Systems
Summary Description
As part of the Business Analytics team, the Sales & Marketing Systems Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing sales and service campaigns within our CRM system, executing email campaigns within our marketing automation platform, and generating reports to highlight campaign results. They will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing Systems and work closely with members of our ticketing, corporate partnership and marketing teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create and monitor lead and service campaigns to support the sales and service teams
Assist with onboarding and training processes for new system users
Assist CRM users with general support and troubleshooting
Ensure data quality and accuracy within the CRM and marketing automation systems
Work alongside the marketing team on customer email journeys and campaigns
Generate targeted lists for email marketing campaigns
Generate sales campaign and email marketing campaign reports and distribute key findings
Develop surveys to gather valuable information to help drive insights and key business initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in database management, marketing, other related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1-2 years working in sales/marketing systems
Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce CRM
Knowledge of CRM business processes and best practices
Experience utilizing email marketing or marketing automation system(s)
Ability to collaborate on ideas as well as thrive independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire to continually learn and adapt to new technologies
Highly organized, detail oriented, and thorough
General understanding of database structures
Experience with Ticketmaster (Archtics) or other ticketing system
This is a full-time position. Must be able to work flexible hours including some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Desired Experience & Skills
Experience working with SSB Discovery CRM or KORE CRM applications
Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce administrator certification
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Management Studio, SSRS
Experience with Tableau
Experience utilizing survey tools
