The Chicago White Sox are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Guest Services Team. Guest Information Representatives are members of our call center and are often the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting directly with our fans to provide information, with a commitment to ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct guest calls to their appropriate departments for resolution.
· Provide information on White Sox game day policies to ensure the best fan experience.
· Monitor and maintain email communication between fans and organization.
· Track of lost and found items after each game.
· Assist with any departmental administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Be reliable, punctual, and approachable.
· Must be able to communicate policy and information clearly.
· Must be comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
· Knowledge of White Sox baseball is preferred.
Compensation:
· $18 - $20/hour
