
Seasonal - Video
The Chicago Bears are looking for a full-time seasonal staff (temporary, entry-level) to support our Video Department during the 2023-2024 season. This position will start in June or July and end in February 2024. The role is based at our headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois and is paid hourly.

Responsibilities
Utilize XOS Digital: Import and mark practice footage; import and resolve college games; organize practice footage for position groups; mark TV copies; make cutups; use Pro Football Focus to find and make cutups for coaching.
Operate 8K Solutions Master Cameras: setup cameras, control panels, and HMR recorders; breakdown cameras after practices; film end zone or sideline views as needed for practices. Setup and operate tablets and video board used during practice. Operate handheld cameras or Virtual Reality cameras during practice as needed.
Assist in setting up cameras for gameday: run cards for ingest into XOS and hand out tablets during games. Assist in collecting iPads for post-game download of game footage for coaching, scouting, and personnel.
Prepare facilities for Training Camp: arrange meeting rooms as requested by the coaching staff; setup coaches, personnel, and scouting office as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Previous video department experience with a collegiate program is strongly preferred
Experience using XOS Digital and 8K Solutions Master Cameras
Must be able to work non-traditional hours throughout the entire duration of the position. This includes evenings, early mornings, holidays, and weekends.
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills
Positive enthusiasm, friendly demeanor, and professionalism
Takes initiative, is adaptable and can work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in varying weather conditions, climb up/down bleacher stairs and lift heavy objects.
