
Match Entertainment Manager
This position supports Tepper Sport and Entertainment with a focus on Charlotte FC’s in-match entertainment experience. It will be responsible for managing all on field logistics. Primary Responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Manage all logistics for all Charlotte FC First Team and Next Pro entertainment match day entertainment:
Maintain entertainment budget
Oversee match day production schedule
Design and manage CLTFC Entertainment field logistics and movement
Design and manage CLTFC Entertainment field effects
Maintain equipment and throne readiness
Staff and manage event day crew for Charlotte FC
Manage vendor contracts
Other duties as assigned
Manage all aspects of the annual review, selection, and execution of the following match day elements:
Anthem, Color Guard, Coronation, pyrotechnics
Various match day needs including parking, credentials, tickets, food and beverage
Build mapping for field movement
Respond to inquiries
Assist with the execution of other stadium events as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of entertainment and event coordination experience
At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with, and work knowledge of, large-scale event production and logistics
Experience with working with large groups
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software
Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Charlotte Football Club matches and events held on weekends, nights, and holidays
Must pass pre-employment screens
Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information with carefully and with sensitivity
Must be detail-oriented and must be able to multi-task while managing time successfully
