
Associate Manager of Partnership Activation
Duties & Responsibilities
Embody the activation team mission to develop meaningful and lasting relationships for our partners and entities while driving revenue through strategic and creative planning in a positive team environment
Enhance and renew corporate partnerships in conjunction with the sales team by executing all contractual elements and providing opportunities to add value and exceed expectations for partners based on KPIs
Liaise planning with other internal departments as well as external vendors and partner companies on various initiatives for partners and the organization for the Bandits and LECOM Harborcenter
Lead sponsorship presentations and meetings to ensure all necessary preparation and planning has taken place. Prepare action plans, end-of-year recaps, etc. as needed
Assist in the marketing and strategic planning for our partners brands in relationship to their contract in conjunction with PSE teams and properties; create and execute a strategic plan and vision for each year of the contract based on the assets and partner objectives
Maintain a frequent cadence with partners, including in-person meetings, for consistent development and evaluation of KPIs that align with a structured plan to measure and execute contracted assets
Lead direction to business development assistants and gameday staff in the business development department as needed.
Collaborate with sales and activation teams on a one, three and five-year plan for revenue growth
Understand and research marketplace trends and league initiatives to bring depth to our partnerships and organization. Be able to present these ideas and opportunities.

Gameday Activation
Community Programs
Hospitality
Digital/Social Media
Print
Signage
TV/Media
Retail Programming
Other elements as necessary
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in Sport Management, Marketing and or Business
3-5 years of work experience in sports-related marketing, events, and/or media is recommended
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of KORE CRM is a plus.
Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays (as required) to attend Sabres and Bandits home games and special events
