
Manager, Ticket Sales & Service Operations

The Brooklyn Nets Membership Services team is comprised of goal-driven, high motor professionals focused on building relationships with season ticket members belonging to companies, organizations, and individuals in the tristate area. The Manager, Ticket Sales Operations will own the process of all Season Ticket Member benefits including but not limited to the Nets Level Member Loyalty app platform, Member Experiences/Events, and all other benefits tied to the Nets Level Membership. The Manager, Ticket Sales Operations will act as the liaison between ticket sales and all other departments within BSE Global. This role will play an integral part to building and executing all ticket sales campaigns.

JOB DESCRIPTION – WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage and optimize the Nets Level Member Loyalty program. This includes purchasing, posting and fulfilling all rewards-related items and experiences
Run all admin for the Nets Level Member loyalty platform including usage data, redemption, confirmation, etc.
Work collaboratively with Crowd Play to make sure rewards functionality is developed and rolled out in a timely fashion.
Manage invitation/confirmation/follow-up process for all Season Ticket Member events and experiences
Own automation process towards a strategic level to align with campaign status
Work with ticketing analytics and business intelligence to incorporate benefit usage into overall service campaign strategy
Run as lead to all season ticket member events working with other departments to coordinate from start to finish
Manage all autograph inventory as well as coordinate player availability
Facilitate all marketing needs for events, collateral, campaign needs, etc.
Work with Director, Business Development to coordinate sales events and incentive inventory matching to overall gifting of the department
Run point for post event follow up process of New Sales team, helping provide visibility to help track progressed pipeline from attendees
Coordinate with ticketing ops to identify available prospecting games/ticket inventory based on sales and projected sales
Activate and execute all sales contest and sales rallies
Being the liaison working with Sr. Director of Training and Development for all campaign build outs and marketing needs
Activating all visibility for all sales numbers and reporting progress on the sales floor; working with business intelligence
Meet with partnership team to identify opportunities for additional Premium Member/Prospect benefits/incentives
Act as liaison between ticketing and partnership development
Assist with premium gifting procurement and distribution
Fulfilling and facilitating all suite and membership contracts
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.
SALARY RANGE
$70,000 - $85,000
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend Brooklyn Nets games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
