Deliver high quality coaching session to our Girls Academy
You will plan, deliver, evaluate and measure innovative and engaging coaching sessions to challenge and develop players. You will monitor and evaluate player performance and provide formal feedback for players and parents/carers.
On a matchday you will manage, coach, and assist a designated age-group as required by the training schedule and games programme.
Your background
The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications:
UEFA B certificate in Coaching Football
FA Youth Awards - Module 1, 2 and working towards module 3
A recognised First Aid Qualification (FA Emergency Aid)
FA Licenced Coaches Club Membership
It is also essential that you have experience of coaching female players and an understanding of The FA Girls England Talent Pathway.
