DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:
The Partnership Sales team at Fenway Sports Management serves as a fully integrated sales organization for Fenway Sports Group. The team is responsible for driving significant revenue, working with FSG’s owned and operated properties as well as strategic partners across the portfolio. We accomplish our goals by cultivating relationships with world-class brands and providing customized solutions to tell powerful stories through the iconic properties that we work with.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role will support the administration and optimization of FSM’s Salesforce environment, driving continued improvements in its efficiency and effectiveness to support the sales effort. This includes supporting key administrative functions, ensuring data accuracy, managing user accounts, and providing support for day-to-day operations. In addition to CRM support, this role will actively support partnership insights workflow, providing data analysis support for sales collateral across properties. This role will directly contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.
