CRM Manager, Business Analytics

Summary:

The Baltimore Orioles are one of Major League Baseball’s iconic franchises with a deeply loyal and
passionate fan base. We have a long history of success including three World Series Championships
in 1966, 1970, and 1983, and have been putting the pieces in place over the past few years to have
another long run of success on the field as evidenced by this season’s post-season push.

We play our home games at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, which opened in 1992, and is consistently
ranked as one of the top ballparks in Major League Baseball. It has also been the site for many
historic moments such as Hall of Famer Cal Ripken, Jr. breaking the all-time record for consecutive
games played, Hall of Famer Eddie Murray hitting his 500th home run, and hosting the 1993 MLB
All-Star Game to name a few.

The Baltimore Orioles are looking for a CRM Manager to lead CRM initiatives in ticket sales,
premium sales & service, and sponsorship. This includes CRM customizations, ad hoc analysis, and
facilitation of sales campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage organizational adoption and usage of CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Support Corporate and Ticket Partnerships lead strategy, including execution of campaigns, data collection, segmentation, lead scoring and lead distribution.
  • Develop improvements to Corporate and Ticket Partnerships CRM modules.
  • Implement good data hygiene practices and manage issue tracking.
  • Investigate and resolve data and reporting inconsistencies.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that visualize data for Corporate and Ticket Partnerships team.
  • Train and provide support to all Salesforce users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and work with users to ensure systems meet individual team needs.
  • Assist Business Analytics team with new CRM integrations.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, information systems or related area
  • Prior Salesforce experience as an analyst or administrator
  • Experience with managing sales campaigns within Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with SQL and/or other programming language is a plus
  • Experience with Tickets.com ticketing system is a plus
  • Experience with Google Cloud BigQuery is a plus
  • Motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-starter capable of working independently as a project manager
  • Challenge oriented problem solver
