Position Summary

The Atlanta Falcons Equipment staff is seeking self-motivated, reliable, and dedicated individuals for seasonal opportunities with our team. Our seasonal program offers the opportunity to gain knowledge through a hands-on experience working in for an NFL organization. There are several types of seasonal opportunities available: offseason, training camp, and full season. Assignment dates for each are as follows:

4/15-6/20 Offseason

8/17-9/1- Training Camp

7/17-2/1- Season Long

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in all laundry obligations
Organize all aspects of the equipment/locker rooms
Set up and break down all practice fields
Prep all footballs
Set up and clean home and away locker rooms
Assist coaches during drill work

Qualifications and Education Requirements

College Graduate- Seasonal
College Graduate or Student- Training Camp
Work 40 + hours/week, including evenings/weekends/holidays
The ideal candidates must be self-motivated and driven to assist with all duties related to football equipment
Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis

Required Skills

Ability to interact & communicate with players and personnel at all levels of the organization
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Previous working experience & knowledge in Football Equipment, college or NFL
