An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Model Maker within our Model Shop Department.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

To Actively learn and develop all modelmaking skills.
To Gain a good understanding and develop a skillset to painting of manufactured components.
To have a good understanding of pressure tapping methods and processes associated with them.
To Aid in the pre fit of aero components ready for tunnel testing when required
To Actively take part in tunnel testing as required
To ensure all component tracking processes are followed
To ensure good communication between shifts.
To report major personnel issues to your line Manager.
To assist in Quality Assurance within the department
To demonstrate a flexible and understanding approach to the department’s needs.
To meet the requirements and demands of the busy periods.
To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally always and to respect and comply with the company’s reporting structure
To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard.
