Summary:
The Senior Manager, Partnership Solutions plays a pivotal role within the Corporate Partnerships department, acting as a strategic resource dedicated to maximizing revenue and delivering value to the Arizona Cardinals' corporate partners. This position involves close collaboration with the Partnership Marketing and Sales teams to drive solutions that enhance partner relationships and performance. This position will directly manage a team including a coordinator, graphic design specialist and senior analyst. This position is responsible for the teamโ€™s management of our partnership CRM, partnership related inventory management, market analysis, marketing deck creation, and other activities to support our Partnership Marketing and Sales efforts.


Primary Job Duties:
The Senior Manager, Partnership Solutions role will have responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Supervise, mentor, and guide three direct reports, fostering career development and creating growth opportunities.
  • Focus on department and individual goal setting, ensuring alignment with both team development and overall organizational objectives.

Creative Leadership & Partnership Development:

  • Act as a creative leader for the Corporate Partnerships team, fueling the development of outstanding activations and integrated partner campaigns that align with the Arizona Cardinals.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, collaborating with the Sales and Partnership Marketing teams to nurture ideas from initial concept through to pitch.
  • Create breakthrough partnership solutions that align with partner goals and generate significant revenue for our portfolio.
  • Drive partnership storytelling, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, impactful narratives across all sales materials, such as one-sheets, decks, case studies, and sizzle videos.
  • Provide direction and guidance to the Creative team to uphold brand integrity and deliver compelling content that resonates with partners.
  • Prioritize and manage the queue of all strategic and creative needs for partners and prospects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are effectively allocated.

Department Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with multiple departments, including Marketing, Digital, Game Presentation, Community, Social, etc. to create thoughtful partner solutions and ensure asset vetting aligns with company priorities.
  • Support the Partnership Marketing team by assisting with renewal and upsell materials that align with current partner goals.
  • Participate in meetings with current and prospective clients to pitch creative ideas, contextualize platforms, and ensure a consistent partnership approach.
  • Manage all aspects of Corporate Partnership inventory and oversee key reporting processes, such as the SABR report, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed by the Corporate Partnership team, providing support for initiatives across various functions, including Sales and Partnership Marketing.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferably Marketing or Sports Management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 5 โ€“ 8 years of full-time professional experience
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce/KORE) and data visualization (Power BI) preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, manage laterally and upwards, all with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, consultants, and vendors.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to improve.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
