Job Summary:

The Arizona Cardinals are looking for dynamic and results-driven Director of Premium Sales and Service to join our team. Located in in the picturesque state of Arizona, this role offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the most exciting organizations in the NFL. The Arizona Cardinals joined the NFL as a charter member in 1920, which makes us the oldest continuously run professional football franchise in the US.

The Director of Premium Sales and Service main responsibilities will center around leading a sales team to achieve revenue expectations from various premium products: suites, lofts, and club seats. Leadership responsibilities will include campaign management, training/coaching, assisting sales presentations, pricing strategy input, and marketing/lead generation. This role will not have their own individual sales quota; however, they are encouraged to assist in closing deals.

Primary Job Duties:

The Director, Premium Sales and Service will have the daily responsibilities including, without the limitation the following:

  • Create and run sales campaigns that generate opportunities for the sales team to drive revenue
  • Assist in pricing & sales strategy discussions that include benefits & amenities, and long-term COI achievement
  • Set standards of accountability for the sales team to thrive with purposeful activity
  • Assist sales team in selling multi-year suite and loft agreements to high-net-worth individuals and key decision makers of businesses via face-to-face appointments, presentations, and sales calls
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Proven track record of 3-4 years spent successfully leading suite/premium sales teams
  • Experience with running marketing campaigns and turning warm leads into results
  • Planning, scheduling, and executing face to face sales events
  • Experience tracking communications and correspondence with clients using a CRM system
  • Executing a training and development program for sales team
  • Ability to present sales material to large groups of clients or partners
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
